2026年1月10日，福建海洋可持续发展研究院（以下简称“闽海院”）召开院务委员会扩大会议，围绕2025年度工作成效、2026年度重点任务布局以及与福建省海洋科学与技术创新实验室（鹭江创新实验室）协同发展等议题展开交流研讨。会议由闽海院首席科学家戴民汉院士、院长薛雄志教授共同主持，闽海院领导班子及相关人员参加会议。

会上，闽海院院长薛雄志教授首先系统回顾了闽海院2025年度整体工作情况，并提出了2026年的工作计划。此外，闽海院副院长施余兵教授和张增凯教授、模型与大数据应用研发部主任黄金良教授分别做了成果分享及工作展望。与会成员们进行了热烈的交流和讨论，并积极为闽海院的发展壮大献计献策。
闽海院首席科学家戴民汉教授高度肯定了闽海院一年来所开展的工作，并强调，作为鹭江创新实验室“永续海洋”方向的重要支柱单位，闽海院应继续做大做实，依托实验室平台资源，在海洋经济、海洋法律、两岸融合等重点领域深化协同创新，探索科研、政策与市场需求的有效衔接路径。
会议还对2025年度资政先进工作者及优秀智库成果完成人进行了表彰，对在智库研究和决策咨询中作出突出贡献的成员给予奖励。

本次会议成功达到了为闽海院系统梳理年度成果、凝聚发展共识、明确未来方向的目标。与会人员一致表示，将以更高站位和更务实举措推进闽海院高质量发展，持续提升在海洋治理与可持续发展领域的智库影响力和实践贡献。
On January 10, 2026, FISO convened an extended executive committee meeting to review its work progress in 2025, discuss key plans in 2026, and foster coordinated development with the Fujian Ocean Innovation Center (Fujian-OI). The meeting was co-chaired by Academician Dai Minhan, Chief Scientist of FISO, and Prof. Xue Xiongzhi, Dean of FISO, with FISO's leadership team and staff in attendance.
Prof. Xue Xiongzhi reviewed the institute's 2025 performance and outlined its work plan for 2026. Vice Deans Shi Yubing and Zhang Zengkai, together with Prof. Huang Jinliang, Director of the Models and Big Data Application R&D Department, shared their research achievements and work prospects. Lively discussions followed, with attendees actively offering suggestions for FISO's development. The meeting also recognized the 2025 Outstanding Policy Advisors and Outstanding Policy Briefs, commending members for their notable contributions to policy-oriented research and decision-making consulting.
Prof. Dai Minhan highly affirmed the progress made by FISO over the past year. He emphasized that, as a key supporting pillar of the Sustainable Ocean Hub of Fujian-OI, FISO should continue to strengthen its foundation. By leveraging the resources of Fujian-OI, FISO shall deepen collaborative innovation in key areas such as the marine economy and marine law, exploring effective pathways to connect scientific research, policy, and market demands.
The meeting provided a comprehensive review of FISO's annual achievements, fostered consensus on future development priorities, and clarified the institute’s strategic direction moving forward. Participants agreed to further advance FISO's high-quality development through stronger strategic planning and practical initiatives, while continuing to enhance its role as a policy research platform and its contributions to ocean governance and sustainable development.
